&lt;p&gt;Amazing post and great insight! I hear on a daily basis from stager that soem realtors think they are offering staging. &amp;nbsp;Typically it turns out to be nothing more than removing person photos, and tossing a throw on a chair. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Agents can&amp;#39;t offer the same as stagers because they are not doing it for a living. I dont see how they have access to what you have access to. In addition, if MY agent said they would stage my home I would be wondering, &amp;quot;Hmm, if you are staging my home and other peoples homes, when are you trying to SELL my home?&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
