Great list of winter curb appeal ideas. Here's one more. When in an area not prone to snow cover, freshen mulch beds with an inexpensive layer of black dyed mulch. The color adds drama in the midst of drab winter colors

Very nice! I love the elegant red black and white and the wood table ties the wood flooring in and creates warmth. The cream colored placemats tie in the crown molding. Well done!

So, what do you do when you are hired to stage a home by a relocation company, take professional level photos for the client, but the realtor refuses to take or use updated photos and is still showing vacant home photos, or shows photos that do not highlight the architectural features of the home, or the spaciousness of the home? Don't they get paid when the house actually sells?

There is no advertising with the "after" photos - just photos that are dark and vacant? No advertising on any of the websites that buyers would actually look at - I am perplexed and worse, my client knows that the internet is crucial for buyers to preview the home.

So true Amanda, buyers don't need to leave the comfort of their home to want to see yours if it doesn't show well from the internet. It's so important that online photos show well and staging can make that happen.
