These Do-It-Yourself homeowners wanted to fix up and sell their apartment themselves, but knew they still needed the expert help and advice of a professional home stager. So they called us in and we started with a home staging consultation.

Our recommendations included:

  • decluttering and depersonalizing
  • removing outdated mirrors on the walls
  • painting some of the rooms
  • renting some furniture
  • updating the kitchen with paint, new hardware and countertop
  • upgrading bedding and bathroom towels, shower curtain, etc.
  • upgrading ceiling fans and lighting fixtures
  • replacing window treatments with new sheers

The homeowners tackled most of the work themselves but we took care of arranging for the rental of furniture, lighting fixtures and artwork, and shopping for bedding and decorative accessories.

See the transformation of this charming 2 bedroom apartment below.
