Hello there!!!!!!

 First impressions count!!!  Prior to staging, this foyer looked....anemic?  tired? boring?  dull? 

But after I staged it.....HELLO!!!!  A wake-up call to get on the phone and call your agent ASAP.  My prediction is that this one will not last 1 week on the market...even with its over 1 million dollar price tag.  I will keep you posted.

Hi Lynn - I love the bright glass vases.  What a great touch of color and buyers will love to be greeted by this bright and colorful setting.  Good job as always.

This is a great use of the space. The table serves as a perfect anchor and the colorful

vases give the entry a much needed focal point! Great job!
