This dining area was very dark with navy blue wallpaper and a too
large dining set and the kitchen was all white - floors, cabinets,
ceiling. So we stripped the wall paper and painted the walls in a nice
brightening neutral; Sherwin Williams "Plateau" and then painted the
cabinets a couple of shades darker with SW "Basketry" and added new
hardware. We brought in a smaller table and chairs and moved the rug
from the kitchen area to the dining area to create a cozy feel. ps: I could not get the homeowner to put away that knife block or utensil crock for the life of me!

The guest bathroom was dated, bland and covered in wallpaper. We suggested a redo and
picked out tile and paint colors and bought a new toilet. We painted
the walls two colors above and below the chair rail and the cabinets
dark for added contrast and again, added new hardware. Some colorful
accessories and we had a hit.

The house sold the very next morning!
