Good points. People no longer want to wait to see photos of a home. Thanks to the Internet, we all want instant information and can get it. Point2 Technologies did a study in 2008 that showed that adding more photos generates better response to real estate listings. For example, they found that "compared to listings with no photos, those with 21 or more photos generated more than triple the number of detailed views, more than double the amount of Interest, and double the number of leads.
