Obtaining 40 staging jobs a month is possible!!

I attended an event in Denver Colorado this past June held by Karen Schaefer and not only was I blown away by the information that I learned during this event but it became quite clear to me that 40 jobs a month is not what EVERY stager is doing. I began to wonder why wasn't everyone doing 40 jobs a month? I though everyone was doing as much as I was because I opened the business in 2008 and had no previous knowledge of business, or marketing or even staging for that matter I only knew from what i learned in staging training and life experiences (and at the age of 25 wasn't that much!)

It wasn't until later on during that conference when I had a chat with Karen Schaefer I discovered many stagers dont market them selves effectively. They sit at home and think that the phones will ring off the hook with little to no effort. If they dont know you exist how will they work with you!? I found this out quite early on in my business so I decided to use what was available and use it effectively as I didn't have thousands of dollars to just throw away!! It all started with getting in front of 10,000 people a day, building rapport, and giving the customer what they want!
