    Can you hide your neighbors?

How can you "hide" your neighbors while your house is on the market? They are part of the reason we want to move but I am afraid that they will scare off any potential buyers also! Yikes, what do you do about bothersome neighbors?

Tricky one isn't it? You don't mention what's "bothersome" but you may want to approach them to let them know you're moving & if the yard needs work offer some help (could they have fallen on hard times? illness? or some other issue?). Your property selling for a good price ensures their property values remain high. If they are renting, contact the owner first.  I know this is a big one for many people to have to confront when selling, but your kindly approach and attitude may make it pay off in a big way. Good luck!
