Landscaping Solution for Hiding Backyard Neighbors

We have a member of EnergizedSeller who recently consulted with Michelle Molinari and her team to find a solution to hiding her neighbor's white tin fence. The member was excited and shared the results with us.  So, we are posting them below.  The solution presented looks nice, solves the problem in a timely manner and is very cost effective.

Molinari and her team recommended planting Abelia Mosanensis bushes and placing them 6 feet apart from each other.  These plants grow well in the member's area (South Texas) and will give her the coverage she needs.  The cost for each bush is approximately $16, for a total cost of less than $300 plus labor.  The return on investment is in the value of the view.  We think it's a great investment.  Thanks for sharing.  Once the project is done, we'll post pictures.

If you'd like to learn more about what Michelle does go to www.virtualhomemakeover.com or www.curbappealfordummies.com.  Make sure to let her know you're an EnergizedSeller member for a discount.
