Home security is always an important consideration for home buyers. They appreciate security systems that are installed and active in the home. If you have a security system in place, you don't necessary need multiple signs posted around the property indicating as much. One sign posted at the front of the house is adequate. If your security systems are outwardly obvious, buyers may be concerned that there is excessive crime in your neighborhood. This assumption is particularly likely if your home has security bars on all of the windows. Not only are these bars unsightly, but they also detract from the warm inviting feeling that you are trying to project to buyers.
