Sell what stays with the property and although it's a great decorative feature while you're living in the home (and not burning fires) you should highlight the fireplace to potential buyers for its intended purpose. Gretchen, Fireplaces create a warmth and should reflect a working fireplace. Your decor is fabulous but it will leave questions in a buyers mind.
