  • Re: Home not selling - great condition. What recourse do I have?

It is always frustrating when a working relationship doesn't work out like you had hoped. From what you've described, I don't believe your Realtor is under any obligation to let you out of the listing agreement. You can always go to the broker and let him/her know about your frustrations...

  • Re: How do you find a good realtor and what do you ask?

Lori, First of all I would like to say that I am very sorry for the bad experience that you had when you purchased your home. I have never heard of a Realtor recommending that you didn't get an inspection. A FHA inspection (as you probably know) only covers a small list of things that they consider...

  • How do you find a good realtor and what do you ask?

My husband and I want to sell our house in the next year. It is our first home we bought and had a terrible realtor. We did not get any good advice from our realtor. For example, we did not get an independent home inspection and our realtor told us independent inspections are no big deal since FHA will...

  • I Don't Want A Fool For A Client

My wife and I have moved a number of times in the normal course of life's changes. Each purchase and sale experience was different, but in every case we utilized the services of a licensed Realtor®. In several cases, I used a Realtor® even though I held a real estate license at the time...
