Hello again. I thought I'd follow up. Although we didn't add the exact flowers you showed, we did add caladiums. Here is a picture after they grew. This looked much better than no flowers at all. Thanks, again, for the advice.

I agree with those commments above. Fake plants give the impression that nothing will grow, they fade and look cheap and tacky - not the message you want to give your buyers. It's just bad for curb appeal. Visit your local garden supply center for some local advice.

Is it OK to put fake flowers or plants in flower beds when selling? Living in a state where the sun is brutal in the summer on seasonal flowers (and water restrictions abound) sometimes I feel this is the only option. Would leaving the beds bare be better than putting fake flowers in?
