I thought I'd follow up on my kitchen update. We went ahead and invested in replacing the door and drawer covers with real wood. On some of the cabinet doors we inserted glass. Again, spectacular job!! I don't know how much the home owners spent staging the rest of the house, but because the home sold so quickly, at close to asking price I'm assuming, the $7,000 investment in the kitchen alone MORE than paid for itself.
