Mike, in addition to the above, especially Jill's comments, you could create a free smilebox email (smilebox.com) with pictures that really show the property off and send it to everyone in your mailbox and ask them to forward it on. Include contact info and open house dates (if any). Good Luck.

I have never heard of a Realtor recommending that you didn't get an inspection. A FHA inspection (as you probably know) only covers a small list of things that they consider...
