Curb appeal is a crucial part of selling any home.  This week we are highlighting a case study in which we asked home stager Michelle Molinari to show some home sellers what they should do to improve their front and backyard.  Michelle not only gives notes of what these home sellers should do, she also demonstrates it in the pictures below. • Use Quicklawn to revive the lawn.
• Plant Juniperus Horizontaus and white mums.
• Power wash the deck and furniture and arrange it as if you were about to receive guests.
• Remove all the toys and utilitarian items.
• Treat the backyard and deck like another room in the house. Add pillows to chairs and seating.
• Use dark black mulch to cover dirt in flowerbeds or other bare locations

• Paint the garage door with Benjamin Moore Rockport Gray hc-105 to minimize its impact on the façade.
• Use Quicklawn to revive grass in any season.
• Plant Juniperus Horizontaus, white mums and yellow mums while the house is on the market in the fall.
• Close the windows to show off the mullions.
• Bring the window treatments into alignment for symmetry.
• Power wash the cement.
