My Bio

Founder and President of EnergizedSeller.

I founded EnergizedSeller because I used to be a habitual mover - until my wife made me quit - and learned that there is a right way and wrong way to sell a home. I wanted to develop a great resource that shows people the right way. Plus, I love the Internet and new technology!!

Education: BA from Texas A&M University; Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University; Certified Risk Manager; licensed real estate broker

Background: founded an ISP in late '90's, consulted on large projects related to Insurance and Nigerian Steel, currently a partner in a water permit brokering business, and dabble in real estate investments.

Thank you for the interesting tips. I've used quite a few of them, and pending appraisal, my home sold in 1 week of being on the market. My daughter got me started on getting these helpful hints. She said I did a wonderful job of "staging" on a very limited budget!!
